Human relations is the art of getting along with others. Some say it is a process of give and take relationship which paves the way to loyalty, trust and goodwill. Artists employ method for the symmetrical formation of beauty; they choose the correct art form and within the art form the correct technique. Managers apply certain principles of understanding the feelings of individuals in their human environment.
